The professionalism of Operarme

The whole experience was seamless. The attention from Paula at Operame was first class from start to finish. There was no problem that she shirked away from & she resolved every single one of them. Her dedication was faultless. The surgery was excellent, all the staff at IMED Elche was totally professional & should be praised for their dedication & attention to detail. If I have any complaint at all it was the standard of food whilst in the hospital. To say this was diabolical is an understatement, it was truly shocking.
